That is the vision of New Jersey artist Pete Carter, who is no stranger to the world of Halloween stage shows.
“Ghoulmaster is the male Elvira. To me, he is like if Dracula was an eccentric 80’s pop star,” says Carter. Ghoulmaster first started gaining attention after appearing at Six Flags Great Adventure’s Halloween celebration “Fright Fest”. Wearing custom top hats, elaborate corsets, and 6-inch platform boots, Ghoulmaster stares at you with his white eyes and flawless make-up. Carter says the character is an embodiment of all the people, places, and things that inspired him while growing up.
